TACA’s Becky Estepp Featured in The Autism File USA
A recent issue of The Autism File USA featured an opinion piece, “My Autism Epiphany,” by Talk About Curing Autism’s National Policy Manager, Becky Estepp. In it, she suggests that the autism community start thinking of autism in two separate categories – classic and regressive.

I admire Becky Estep so much. Between having a husband who is a Marine and recovering her son from autism she gives so much of herself to the autism community. Becky mentors families and represents parents w/ intelligence and determination in D.C.
I think everyone should read Becky’s piece. Hopefully what she says will resonate with many.
I would like to ask Becky why Autism Speaks is not referenced as a resource on her website? The advances AS has made with autism and the amount of research being done and Autism Speaks is not referenced.. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. I find that interesting..
I am a nurse who has a son with autism spectrum disorder. My new blog: (http://cheryl-zmijewski.com/) will be up 02-01-2011. My blog will be family friendly and focus on budget friendly effective ways to: help nurture the child (person) with autism talents (we know they have many), so they may be mainstreamed successfully into society. My blog will have a “dear Cheryl” column, so we can get the answer to all our autism questions (the heart). So, Feb 01-2011, join me at: (http://cheryl-zmijewski.com/) or email me in advance with your questions/comments at: cazmijewski@yahoo.com.
