In reference to that the graph titled “Autism Prevalence on the Rise”, it boggles my mind how prevalent the diagnosis of people with autism is today. Compared to what it was let’s say almost 25 years ago, it reminds me of how tough it was growing up during 1990′s and early part of this decade. To me being referred to as someone who was diagnosed with autism was considered to be a “death sentence” only about 15-25 years ago.
