My daughter who is autistic has always problems with kids making fun of her and bullying her. I can only try and teach her how to handle the situations as they arise. She is 13 yrs ols now and is just strating to realize how different she is from her peers. I try to play it down and explain to her that everybody is different in their own way and in our own way we all have disabilities we have to overcome! my daughter pushes herself so hard to achaive the one goal she has to look forward to. She wants to write and produce and direct her own Japanese Anime Movies like her idol Hayao Miyazaki. She also wants to live in Japan. I am greatful she has high expecations for herself as it will help her in the torutres of high school
