I’m not sure where to send this, but I’d like to bring awareness of this not only for our community but for all communities. This teacher has been (lightly) reprimanded for secluding/restraining my autistic son in a storage closet. She has made it clear by her statements and actions how she feels about her students, many of which are on the autism spectrum. I’m enclosing the news story and the NEA article stating that what she did is, in fact against the law. I hope this helps other parents out there. Thank you! Leigh Casto
